Memberships

Little Dragons (ages 4-6):

This membership introduces young children to movement through fun games and activities that build coordination, balance, and other core motor skills used in grappling martial arts. Classes include basic Judo and BJJ movements—such as rolls, grips, and positional drills—to help kids become comfortable with the fundamentals. The goal of this 30-minute class is to give children a positive first experience on the mats and prepare them for the transition into Kids Judo and Jiu-Jitsu.

Kids Judo & Jiu-Jitsu (ages 6-12):

Classes follow a structured Judo curriculum designed so that beginners and advanced students can train together while progressing at their own pace. Students learn core throwing techniques, fundamental BJJ groundwork, and key positional skills used in grappling. Each 1-hour session includes drilling, controlled sparring, and instruction that builds focus, discipline, and confidence on the mats. Competition opportunities in Judo and grappling are available through this membership and, while not required, are encouraged for students interested in testing their skills.

Kids Boxing (ages 6-12):

This class introduces students to the fundamentals of boxing through structured drills, footwork practice, and partner exercises tailored for all experience levels. Each 1-hour session focuses on developing coordination, timing, and proper punching technique while teaching students how to move with purpose and control. As skills grow, students also learn basic defense, combination work, and bag drills that build confidence and fitness in a fun, supportive environment.

Kids Unlimited (ages 6-12):

This membership includes access to both Kids Judo & Jiu-Jitsu and Kids Boxing, allowing students to develop skills in grappling and striking. Training across both disciplines builds coordination, confidence, and well-rounded martial arts ability, with optional participation in Judo and grappling tournaments.

Adult Grappling (ages 12+):

This membership provides access to Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and No-Gi grappling, offering a complete training experience across all areas of the grappling arts. Judo develops stand-up grappling skills through throws, balance, and timing; Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on ground grappling through positional control and submissions; and No-Gi covers both standing and ground techniques while training without traditional uniforms. Students of all experience levels can progress at their own pace while exploring the strengths of each style.

Adult Striking (ages 12+):

This membership includes training in both Boxing and Kickboxing, giving students a well-rounded approach to stand-up striking. Boxing develops hand speed, footwork, timing, and precision through drills, combinations, and partner work, while Kickboxing expands striking into punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with an emphasis on fluid movement and full-body coordination. Students of all experience levels can progress at their own pace while building strong technical striking fundamentals.

Adult Unlimited (ages 12+):

This membership provides full access to all grappling and striking classes, including Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi, Boxing, and Kickboxing. Students can cross-train across all styles to develop well-rounded skills in both stand-up and ground-based martial arts. Participation in MMA classes requires an Adult Unlimited membership, allowing students to combine techniques from every discipline for a complete mixed martial arts training experience.
